Darren McQuade has been performing magic since the age of five, learning his first tricks from Ali bongo’s Book of Magic. Since then he has performed across the country, amazing thousands of people along the way. Darren can perform close-up magic, interacting with your guests and leaving them so amazed they will be talking about it for years to come, or for something bigger Darren can perform his unique stage show.
Darren is the producer of The Magicians Showcase, the top regular magic night in London and he was selected as one of only a handful of magicians for a special night celebrating the 100th anniversary of the London Palladium. He has worked as a magic consultant on TV, and has appeared in shows such as Ghosts, Intelligence and Breakthorugh: Ideas that changed the world, where he was narrated by Patrick Stwart. He has also worked on big Hollywood blockbusters such as Wonder Woman, Star Wars and Ghostbusters.
For something a little bit different, Darren can perform Ghostbusters themed close-up and stage magic, performing as The Magic Ghostbuster, in his highly detailed costume along with his popular Slimer puppet.
